Why Barley? Barley, known for its high fibre content, adds a toasty, nutty flavour that is mild and delicious.

Why Separate Capsules? You can't put probiotics through the same heat processing treatment as bran. The live probiotic cultures would be destroyed. We have packed the probiotics in individual capsules, that not only provide a portion controlled serving of probiotics, they also provide the right environment to protect the sensitive probiotics.
